Kaylin Beers
Primary, CEO, CFO
Kaylin brings over 15 years of experience in accounting, tax, and payroll services, along with a strong background in the private sector where she served as an Accountant, Comptroller, and Finance Manager across the legal, automotive, and finance industries. Since founding Momentum Accounting & Tax Inc., she has remained actively involved in both strategic growth and hands-on client care.
Known for her purpose-driven leadership and deep commitment to the people she serves, Kaylin is passionate about helping business owners move from chaos to clarity—turning goals into action and dreams into reality.
Originally from Tulsa, Oklahoma, Kaylin earned her bachelor’s degree from the University of Tulsa and has called Colorado Springs home since 2004. In her free time, she enjoys hiking the Rocky Mountains, relaxing at Oklahoma’s lakes, and cheering on the Broncos, Rockies, and Avs.
Brenna Harvey
Sr. Staff Accountant
Brenna brings over 15 years of experience in bookkeeping, financial processes, and client support. She joined Momentum Accounting & Tax Inc. in 2023 and has quickly become a valuable part of the team, supporting both internal workflows and client-facing services with clarity and precision.
Known for her strong organizational skills and enthusiastic, solutions-focused mindset, Brenna is committed to making sure every client feels confident and cared for throughout their financial journey. She excels at translating complex financial information into clear, actionable steps clients can trust.
Outside of work, Brenna enjoys planning community-building events and spending quality time outdoors with her family.
Sr. Payroll Specialist
Alejandra Aguilera
Alejandra brings several years of experience in financial operations, with a background in accounting and ongoing bachelor’s studies in the field. She joined Momentum Accounting & Tax Inc. in 2024 and currently specializes in payroll processing and compliance, while actively pursuing advanced certifications, including the CPP and ADP credentials.
Known for her organized, detail-oriented approach and strong sense of professionalism, Alejandra is dedicated to helping clients feel informed, supported, and confident throughout their payroll process.
Outside of work, Alejandra enjoys exploring new ideas and perspectives through cultural experiences and thought-provoking spaces. She is driven by a deep curiosity and love for learning.
Office Manager
Shalisha Moreno
Shalisha brings over 6 years of experience in management and business operations, backed by an MBA with an emphasis in management. As the Office Manager at Momentum Accounting & Tax Inc. since 2025, she leads internal operations and customer service initiatives with a strong focus on team efficiency, process development, and client care.
Known for her strategic mindset, attention to detail, and creative approach to problem-solving, Shalisha is dedicated to creating smooth systems behind the scenes so that clients experience clarity and confidence at every step.
Outside of the office, Shalisha is a passionate movie buff who loves storytelling, character development, and a good plot twist.
Executive Assistant to Kaylin
Heather Brocklehurst
Heather brings over 4 years of experience in administrative support, client coordination, and workflow management. Since joining Momentum Accounting & Tax Inc. in 2021, she has served as Executive Assistant to the firm’s leadership, playing a key role in facilitating communication, managing schedules, and supporting the executive team's daily priorities.
Known for her discretion, dependability, and proactive approach, Heather is a trusted point of contact for both internal staff and clients. She supports key operations behind the scenes while ensuring leadership has what they need to serve clients with excellence and clarity.
Outside of work, Heather enjoys spending time with her husband and children, cooking from scratch, and caring for her dogs and backyard flock.
Admin Assistant
Amy Linares
Amy brings 3 years of hands-on experience in client support, with a strong focus on assisting during the busy tax season. She joined Momentum Accounting & Tax Inc. in 2023 and has become a valuable part of the team, helping ensure smooth communication, timely follow-ups, and consistent support for both clients and internal staff.
Known for her dependability, friendly service, and upbeat energy, Amy is committed to making sure every client feels heard, cared for, and supported throughout their financial process.
Outside of work, Amy enjoys watching movies (always with popcorn), attending live shows, tackling escape rooms, and exploring new food spots. She’s drawn to experiences that are engaging, social, and memorable.
